    My accident happened some time ago, can I still claim compensation for personal injury?

    If the accident occurred within the last 3 years, was not your fault and you received medical attention for your injuries straight afterwards, you can still make a claim for compensation for injury.

    How much will it cost me to start a claim?

    How much compensation will I receive?

    Will I need to travel a long way to see a solicitor?

    Most cases are processed by phone, so usually there is no need for travel. If you should need to travel, however, all expenses can be reclaimed by adding them to the final total, as long as you keep all the receipts.

    How long will my case take to complete?

    Every claim is different and it depends entirely on the complexities of each individual case. Some claims for compensation for injury are complicated and take longer, whereas others are straightforward and are completed relatively quickly.

    What does no win no fee mean?
