    Claim advice in the UK

Are you looking for reliable claim advice in the UK?

If you’ve been involved in an accident and it’s apparent that someone else was to blame, then you need reliable claim advice in the UK to establish whether compensation is available for your injuries. Why not try a long-established firm with a good track record of claiming on behalf of thousands of other accident victims? Accident Advice Helpline has the experience you need to bring a successful case against the party that caused your accident.

Providing claim advice in the UK since 2000

We were established in the light of the decision to remove legal aid for victims seeking to bring personal injury cases after non-fault accidents. Each month, the dedicated advisers on our helpline answer over 25,000 queries about claiming compensation. And every year, our specialist solicitors negotiate compensation for clients totalling £30 million or more.

For specialist advice on your claim, why not contact us today?

Call our helpline on 0800 689 0500 from a landline or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile. Our advisers are friendly and sympathetic and will answer all your queries. We can give you claim advice in the UK on any type of accident you may have suffered so that you have an idea of whether you could bring a case.

You can also contact us by texting ‘claim365’ to 88010; or filling in the online 30-second test on our website.

The good news is that it won’t cost you a penny to find out.  If you do then opt to make a case, we will not charge you for setting the wheels in motion either. And we will find you one of our specialist solicitors with particular experience in this area of the law to help you claim with confidence.

What kind of settlement could you receive?

Most people want to know how much they will get in terms of compensation if their case is successful. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact amount, although we will give you an estimate based on our experience and the standard figures set by the Judicial Studies Board for specific types of injury. This will at least give you a guideline and ensure that you don’t settle for less than you deserve.

What we can say, though, is that your Accident Advice Helpline solicitor will aim to ensure you are awarded the maximum you are entitled to. This may not just include a sum for the injury you have suffered, but will also take into account any financial losses you have incurred as a result. For example, you may also be entitled to out of pocket expenses such as prescription charges and travel costs, as well as any loss of earnings.

For expert claim advice in the UK, you can do no better than come to Accident Advice Helpline. Remember, all our advice is free and could help you claim the compensation you deserve.
