At Accident Advice Helpline, we strive to provide customer service that is second to none. So to help you decide whether to claim personal injury compensation following a car accident that was not your fault, below are some of the frequently asked questions in relation to claiming car accident compensation.

Frequently asked questions about our car accident claim procedure

Is there a time limit in which to make my claim?

Generally speaking you need to make your claim within 3 years of your accident. There are a few exceptions to this rule, so if you need more information on this just give our helpline a call.

We have been successfully helping people to claim compensation for personal injury since 2000, and we have experience of dealing not only with car accident claims, but also a wide variety of other types of accident.

What is the first step in your car accident claim procedure?

The first thing to do is call our helpline, which is available 7 days a week. You will be able to talk to a knowledgeable advisor who will confirm whether you are eligible to claim, and offer you an estimate of the compensation you might receive.

We have a team of expert personal injury lawyers working in-house for us.They all have specialist experience in the area of personal injury claims, and we will be able to handle your case regardless of where you live in the UK. This is because we deal with our clients by telephone. There is no need for you to travel and there is very little paperwork.

It will cost you nothing to start a claim for compensation, as we work on a basis of no-win, no-fee. This allows innocent accident victims such as yourself to take advantage of the services of skilled lawyers at a time when you most need help.

Does your car accident claim procedure include ongoing help and advice?

Certainly we will give you regular updates on progress, and if you have any queries or concerns you can phone our 24-hour helpline and one of our advisers will be able to put your mind at rest.

How long will my claim take?

It is not possible to state categorically how long your claim will take to finalise, as each claim is unique with different complexities. We can assure you, however, that we will proactively manage your claim from start to finish, and complete the process as soon as possible.

We hope that this has helped to make our car accident claim procedure a little clearer. If you have any further questions, just give our knowledgeable advisers a call for more details.
