    What if a co-worker caused my injury?

    If a fellow employee acted within what could reasonably be interpreted as the scope of their job, you will be able to hold your employer accountable for any injuries you have sustained. If, however, the other employee acted violently or inappropriately, you may have to take action against the employee.

    What if I was partly responsible for my injury?
