    Are you eligible to make a claim for compensation?

    Three main criteria exist that must be met before you can start a claim:

    • There must be a maximum of three years between the date of your accident and the start date of a claim;
    • You must not have been at fault for causing the accident; and
    • Your injuries should have been treated by a medical professional at the time of the accident, or at least soon after.

    Our friendly advisors will be able to clarify the above criteria if you’re unsure about your eligibility.
