Do you need to make a non-fault claim?
Although many of us suffer injuries and accidents each year, only a percentage of these will result in a non fault claim. In order to make a non-fault claim and obtain compensation, you’ll need to show that the injuries you experienced weren’t your fault and that they were actually caused by someone or something else.
If, for example, you were involved in a car accident which was caused by another driver driving recklessly, you could make a non-fault claim. Similarly, if your employer failed to follow health and safety laws and you were hurt because of it, you may be able to make a non-fault claim. You could even make a claim if you were to contract food poisoning from a restaurant or supermarket so there are a variety of instances which can give rise to a non-fault claim.
Are you eligible to claim?
If you’ve been hurt and your injuries or illnesses occurred within the last three years, we may be able to help you obtain the compensation you deserve. At Accident Advice Helpline we have over 16 years’ experience in the personal injury industry and during this time, we’ve worked hard to offer a range of services which make it easier for claimants to obtain compensation following an injury.
We understand that many claimants are concerned about the impact that making a claim will have on their finances, particularly if their injuries have left them unable to work. That’s why we always work with claimants on a no-win, no-fee* basis. If you make a non-fault claim with us you won’t be required to pay any upfront legal bills so you don’t need to be concerned about how to finance your claim.
We could even help you to find out just how much compensation you could obtain when you make a successful non-fault claim. Normally, the amount of compensation a claimant receives depends on the injuries they sustained but the impact on your finances can also be taken into account so you could receive additional compensation if you’ve lost income because of your injuries.
