Advice on personal injury claims in Leicester

If you need advice on personal injury claims in Leicester, where do you go so that you know the advice you are given is reliable? You may ask friends and family, look for adverts in newspapers and magazines or maybe spend hours trawling the Internet. But it is so much easier than all of these things, just call Accident Advice Helpline.

Getting reliable advice on personal injury claims in Leicester

We have over 15 years experience of making successful claims, and of giving advice on personal injury claims in Leicester and the rest of the country. As we operate a nationwide service, it does not matter where you live, work or play, or where you accident happened.

Just one quick call on our freephone helpline number 0800 689 0500, will get you all the free claims advice you need with no strings attached. You can also call from your mobile on 0333 500 0993.

Are you eligible to make a claim?

The first thing we have to establish is that you are eligible to make a claim. UK law is on your side, providing:

    • You have been in an accident that was not your own fault
    • You were injured in the accident
    • Your injuries needed medical attention
    • You leave no more than three years after the accident to start your claim

Once we know you fit the rules, then we can look at what evidence you have to prove your claim.

    Gathering your evidence

Evidence can come in many different forms. If you were in a road traffic accident, then the police should have been called. They will produce an accident report, which quite often points the finger of blame.

If you were injured in an accident at work, the Health and Safety Executive might be involved and they will produce an accident report.

It does not have to be official documents such as these though. If you are able to, take some photos of the accident scene on your mobile, get the contact details of any witness to the accident, and perhaps if there is CCTV footage, see if you can gat a copy of when the accident took place.

Medical records will be needed to prove your injuries.

If you have none of these things, you should still speak to us, as there are other ways of proving your claim.
