How can I find out if I qualify for a compensation payment?

Our advisers can help you with this, just call 0800 689 0500. If the accident that caused your injury happened in the past three years, and someone else was at fault then you are probably eligible to claim compensation.

How long do I have to claim?

You have three years from the date of your accident in which to file your claim for compensation. But don’t rush! Make sure that you are fully recovered from your injury before you claim. You can only claim once, so if you claim too soon you may not get all the compensation that your are entitled to.
