"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Have you been injured in an accident that was caused by someone else? If so, you could be eligible to claim compensation through an accident solicitor in Oakdale.

I was injured but I don’t know if I’m eligible to claim

Basically, anyone who was in an accident that someone else caused, and got injured. That’s about it, really. The specific situation doesn’t matter, by which we mean it could be an accident at work, an accident in the home, a road traffic accident, or any accident.

Of course, we know that some people aren’t sure whether they would qualify to claim, so we have a useful tool on our website: our 30-second test. You can find out from this test whether you are eligible and it’s very easy to use. So, what next? The next step is to find an accident solicitor to take on your case, and you can find exactly what you need at Accident Advice Helpline.

When you call, you will speak to an advisor. All our advisors are professionally trained to deal with enquiries from potential claimants. If you have a question, they will answer it. If they don’t know about something, they will find out and get back to you with the right information.

If you qualify to claim, your advisor will pass your details to one of our solicitors.

What to expect from our Accident solicitor in Oakdale

The solicitor will process your claim. This involves a lot of paperwork, and dealing with agencies such as insurance companies, but don’t worry. They will do as much as they possibly can on your behalf. Dreading the prospect of a court case? Don’t worry. Most cases can be settled out of court. Your accident solicitor will do everything they can to ensure that you receive a payout without having to attend court. Insurance companies usually prefer to settle out of court, too.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes. There’s one thing you will need to do so that the claim can go ahead, and that is to attend an additional medical assessment. We will also need you to have seen a doctor at the time of your accident to confirm your injuries. If we don’t have this medical evidence we won’t be able to go any further. Your advisor will tell you about this when you ring our helpline. Why not call us now?

    We have two numbers: if you’re calling from a landline, it’s 0800 689 0500, and if you’re calling from a mobile, it’s 0333 500 0993.

There’s also the option to send a text. Just text “claim365” to 88010, and someone will get back to you.
