Unfortunately accidents are a common fact of everyday life. Being injured during an accident caused by negligence or someone being at fault can be especially distressing, because you wouldn’t be suffering if someone had been paying the proper care and attention. However, there may be a slight silver lining to this particular cloud. If your accident fits certain criteria you may be entitled to seek compensation.

Take the Accident Advice Helpline 30 Second Test to establish in next to no time if your accident and injuries entitle you to launch legal proceedings. Our unique online test is easy to complete and it will give you an accurate result, so don’t delay for a moment longer and take the 30 Second Test right now.

How long do I have to make a claim and how long does it take?

As a general guideline all personal injury claims caused by no fault accidents must be made within a strict three year deadline. There are a few exceptions to this ruling and if your case is the exception to the rule then one of our knowledgeable claims advisors will be happy to explain all the details.

It is sensible to start your claim proceedings as soon as possible as leaving your claim on the backburner serves no purpose. Also, if you were unlucky enough to have another accident or injury a few months down the line this would complicate things and make it very difficult for a medical expert to make an assessment.

Our highly trained and experienced claims advisors can process the majority of claims over the telephone. The sooner you ring us, the sooner we can get started on your claim.
