Accident No Win No Fee*
The accident no win no fee* system has now been in place for years now, which replaced legal aid. In simple terms, if your case is unsuccessful, then you will not have to pay for making a claim. If, however, you do win, the solicitors’ fees are collected from the third parties insurance company on top of the compensation owed to you, so you will always get to keep 100% of the monies owed to you. We have a panel of accident no win no fee* solicitors at Accident Advice Helpline, all of which operate on a 100% no win no fee* basis. Making a no win no fee* claim reduces the financial risk to the victim and ensures there are no surprise expenses you will end up having to pay if you don’t win.
