    Accident in Harrogate

Accident Advice Helpline are one of the largest personal injury law firms in the country and can provide help whether you’ve suffered an accident in Harrogate or anywhere else. Here’s what we do and how we differ from other similar sounding organisations.

    Where we come from

Our story began back in 2000, when we first launched our free 24-hour helpline. Back then, our aim was precisely the same as it is now – to make it easier for anyone who is considering making a personal injury claim. This was motivated in part by a recognition of how tough life had become for people who had been injured in accidents.

Legal aid had recently been banned by the government for the vast majority of personal injury cases, which presented most people with what seemed to be a stark choice: either they could take the risk of paying for a case which might not be successful, or they could cope on their own without the support compensation could provide.

    How we help

We thought there had to be a better way, so we decided to offer something called no win no fee*. In short, this was a promise to take on all the risks associated with making a personal injury claim. If we were unable to help you win your claim, we decided that we didn’t deserve to be paid for our efforts.

This removed the financial risk of making a claim, and also meant that for the first time in a long while people who had been injured in accidents had someone who was very definitely on their side.

For example, we’re not likely to encourage you to make a claim for an accident when you have relatively little chance of success. If we did, then we wouldn’t get paid. We’re in the same situation as you, and that makes us fight even harder for your compensation.

Life after an accident in Harrogate

We know that life after an accident can be tough, so through our 24-hour helpline our advisors can help you adjust to these new realities. In particular, we can provide that second expert eye you need to assess the merits of your claim and tell you one way or another whether we think you have a good case to make. If you do, then we will do everything we can to help you claim compensation for your injuries.

We can find the best lawyers in every town within the UK, which means that whether you’ve been involved in an accident in Harrogate or anywhere else in the country, you have the reassurance of knowing that help is just a phone call away.
