    Accident claims in the UK

If you have had an accident or suffered an injury that was not your fault, you may begin researching how you can make a claim to compensate for the costs incurred as a result, such as loss of earnings, medical costs and the cost of care.

There are many ways in which you can do this in the UK, with companies such as Accident Advice Helpline offering expert help on a no-win, no-fee basis. All good companies should be a member of the Claims Standards Council, ensuring accident claims in the UK are monitored fairly
