If you are looking for accident claims specialists in the West Midlands to help you make a personal injury claim you have come to the right place. We are one of the country’s leading injury law firms, and our experienced accident claims solicitors are available to help you claim.

Our solicitors can help you claim following an accident that took place:

    • At work
    • On the road
    • In a public place
    • At home

So long as that accident was someone else’s fault, and that accident took place within the past three years.

    How to claim

If you claim with us, we will do everything that we can to make claiming as simple and stress-free as possible – we know that you just want to concentrate on getting better. But there are several things that you can do before you claim to help us make sure that you get all of the compensation that you deserve.

    1. The first thing that you should do is write down all of the details of your accident, and about how your injury affected your life. Have this information to hand when you call us about your claim, so that you can be sure that you haven’t missed out anything important.
    2. Take photographs of your injury, and of where your accident happened. If you were injured in a car accident you should also take a photograph of the damage to your vehicle.
    3. Keep track of any accident-related expenses, as your solicitor will make sure that you are reimbursed for these. You should also retain corroborating evidence such as receipts and bank statements.
    4. And finally make sure that you are fully recovered from your injury before you claim, otherwise you may not get all of the compensation that you would have been entitled to.

When you have everything that we need, you need to give us a call. We will assign your case to one of our accident claims specialists in the West Midlands who will do everything that they can to get you the best compensation package possible. If you would like an estimate of how much your claim could be worth we have a compensation calculator on our website.

You may be asked to attend a medical so that a specialist can look at your injury, this will ensure that you get the right amount of compensation. Any medical will be arranged somewhere local to you.
