    Phase 2 of a Brighton accident claim

You will probably be taking the unique Accident Advice Helpline 30 second test and will be getting an estimate of what your claim is worth. You will also be allocated a personal injury lawyer who specialises in your type of accident and will be providing whatever information they require. They will need this information to prove who was at fault for the accident.  You will probably have a medical assessment appointment with a medical expert who will prepare a detailed report about your injuries. Once liability has been established an amount of compensation will be negotiated.

    Phase 3 of a Brighton accident claim

    This is the final phase of your personal injury claim. Your Accident Advice Helpline lawyer will be fighting hard to get you the maximum amount of compensation. It is likely that your claim will have been entirely handled over the phone and it is very unlikely that you will have had to appear in court. At the end of the claims process your lawyer will contact you to let you know exactly how much money you have got and arrange for it to be paid to you.
