"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Accident claim solicitors nationwide

There is an accident claim solicitors nationwide service that you can access if you are worried about where to locate your personal injury claim. It is reached via the law firm Accident Advice Helpline and they have a convenient 24-hour helpline that can answer any of your queries. The service is popular with clients who have been injured in accidents that were not their own fault. The difference between these victims and other potential clients is that there is a nationwide element to their claim. A further explanation is given here..

Accident claim solicitors nationwide – the accident location

The location of the accident is the part of the UK where it occurred. This is not necessarily where you live of course. Millions of us travel around the country every day – indeed, many people travel as part of their job and spend very little time in their home town. The exact location of the accident may be:

    • A motorway
    • A main road
    • A country lane
    • A city street
    • An office
    • A construction site
    • A pavement
    • A car park

Accident claim solicitors nationwide – the medical treatment location

The location of the accident may also be the location of the medical treatment that you were given. You may have been taken to the local Accident & Emergency Department for example – or you may still be an in-patient at a local hospital. If you have been seriously injured, then you may have been transferred to a regional specialist hospital which is in an entirely different location. You may then be transferred back to a local hospital or rehabilitation centre to continue your recovery. If your injury was less severe, or if it did not become apparent for a day or so – as is often the case with with whiplash – then you may have consulted you own family doctor in your own town.

Accident claim solicitors nationwide – the claim location

You would normally be making a claim from the person who was at fault for the accident. This person or organisation is not necessarily located in the same place as the accident occurred. Many large organisations have head offices that are in a completely different part of the country. These days, a large proportion of personal injury claims are paid out of insurance policies like Motor Insurance Policies and Public Liability Insurance Policies. The insurance companies that administer the claims are nationwide companies and the head offices could be located in any part of the country.

Accident claim solicitors nationwide – the lawyer’s location

Accident Advice Helpline is also a nationwide company. They will be able to draw together all of the nationwide threads of your claim and deal with doctors, hospitals, businesses and insurance companies from all over the UK. They will put together all the information and work hard to secure a high level of compensation for you. They will also process information from you right in your home area. This may be in the form of payslips which show that you have lost money in wages because you could not work, or receipts from a local childminder proving that you had special childcare expenses.
