    Your accident evidence

As with a legal cases, evidence is essential to determine the outcome. The most important evidence in a compensation claim is the medical evidence. You must make sure you have seen a doctor about your injuries so you can produce a medical report for your claim.

Other evidence may relate to the circumstances of your accident. Photographs of the scene or conditions that led to you being injured. Witness statements will strengthen your claim along with your own personal statement of what happened.

Do not worry too much about evidence at the initial stage, speak to one of our legal advisors who will help you get your case together. Your lawyer will be expert in preparing compensation cases so you won’t have to do this yourself.
