Have you been injured in a car accident? Was someone else to blame for it? Did it happen during the past three years? You could qualify to make an accident auto claim in Washington, and you can get started with one right now by contacting Accident Advice Helpline.

How can we help you with an accident auto claim in Washington?

We have spent more than 15 years assisting accident victims to get the compensation they deserve, and we would be delighted to do the same for you. You can tap into our knowledge and experience quite easily, because all it takes to start a claim is one phone call to our hotline.

When you ring us up, you will speak to an adviser. All our advisers are professional and friendly, and will ask you questions to make sure they get all the information they need in order to check whether you’re eligible to proceed.

If you are, they will guide you through the process of claiming, and even give you an estimate of what you might receive if you win your case.

    Is winning not guaranteed?

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will win your case. However, we always check carefully to make sure that there is a good chance of success with your claim, and all our solicitors work on a no win, no fee basis, for your peace of mind.

A successful case will result in a payout. This will consist of two elements: one for the pain and suffering, and another for any expenses that you’ve incurred as a result of your car accident (e.g. taxi fares to hospital appointments). Loss of earnings will also be covered, so make sure you keep hold of your payslips, as well as any receipts.

What kinds of injury can be claimed for?

Anything, from minor injuries such as whiplash, to severe injuries such as the loss of a limb, can be claimed for, provided it was sustained in an accident that was someone else’s fault and the accident happened during the past three years.

Psychological injuries can also be claimed for, so if you’ve had anxiety or depression, for example, please call our hotline and speak to an advisor. You could qualify for a payout.

Our hotline is open 24/7, but there’s an alternative way to get started with your claim: take our 30 second test online. This will enable you to check your eligibility and get an estimate.

If you would prefer to call us, please dial 0800 689 0500 from a landline or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
