    Aberdeenshire no-win, no-fee compensation claims

    Help claiming compensation in Aberdeenshire

If you have been injured in an accident that wasn’t your fault, we can help you claim compensation.

We are Accident Advice Helpline, an established injury law firm that has been helping people like you for over 16 years, so we have all of the industry experience and legal expertise to make sure that your claim is successful, and that you get the money that you deserve.

We can get you compensation for any injury, or even for an illness, providing that the accident that caused you to be injured, or unwell, was someone else’s fault.

We will handle your claim under a no-win, no-fee contract, so you will not have to pay any upfront legal fees. We will claim our costs when your claim is settled – if your Aberdeenshire no-win, no-fee compensation claim is unsuccessful you will not have to pay us any solicitors’ fees.

    More about compensation

Personal injury compensation payments are non-taxable, and are normally paid out after an out-of-court agreement between the parties involved. It is quite rare for personal injury claims to make it as far as court.

The amount of money that you get will depend on how serious your injury was, and how much of an impact it had on your life. If, for example, you had to miss a special event, or an important period of work, this will be taken into account.

Your injury lawyer will also make sure that you are reimbursed for any accident-related costs, such as money you may have spent on travel, or childcare. So please keep a note of your expenses, and retain any bank statements or receipts that prove them

If you would like an estimate of how much your Aberdeenshire no-win, no-fee compensation claim could be worth, use the compensation calculator tool on our website.

    How to claim

To start legal proceedings, call us for a quick chat with one of our advisors. Your advisor will confirm that you are eligible to claim, and explain the claim process to you. He, or she, will then pass your details onto one of our lawyers.

Your lawyer will then make a start on your Aberdeenshire no-win, no-fee compensation claim, and hopefully, it won’t be too long before you get your money.

You have three years from the date of your accident in which to file your claim, but you can only claim once so don’t claim too soon. If you claim before you have fully recovered you may not get all of the money that you would have been entitled to.

To talk to an advisor now, call 0800 689 0500. Or call 0333 500 0993 if you’re calling from a mobile. Both lines are open 24 hours a day, and all calls are kept confidential.
