Woman from Somerset hit in stationary car receives £3,000 compensation

By David Brown on January 25, 2010

A woman from Somerset has been injured in a road accident that occurred at a roundabout in Yeovil. She was sitting still a junction when another vehicle struck her car from behind.

The other driver admitted fault for the accident, as well as giving the woman his contact and insurance details. Witnesses to the accident scene confirmed the other driver’s story.

A little later she went to see her GP, who diagnosed her with severe whiplash and other injuries.

The woman contacted Accident Advice Helpline to make a car crash claim. As specialists in Road Traffic Accident Injury Compensation they were best placed to handle this case. Within a short period of time she received a cheque for £3000.
