    Wedding show injury advice

If you are the victim of an accident while attending a wedding show, it is imperative that you seek the best possible wedding show injury advice available. The expert solicitors at Accident Advice Helpline are here to put your recovery first, to fight for the maximum amount of compensation, and to help you get back on the right track with as little anxiety as possible.

This is why our solicitors are happy to work on a no win, no fee* basis. Our experts are sensitive, tactful, extremely skilled, and do not believe in a ‘one fits all’ approach. In other words, we are the right choice for regular people, with regular wages, who are looking to be compensated for injuries that they did not cause, and had no personal control over.

Is Accident Advice Helpline the right choice?

We are a highly reputable, and long established, personal injury law firm, with years of experience in small claims court. We are efficient, straightforward, and we will not take your case on unless we genuinely believe that it has a good chance of being successful.

If you are looking for a personal injury specialist that you know you can trust with your story, you are in the right place.

What is a wedding show injury?

A wedding show injury can take many different forms. Such an injury could include almost anything that could occur while touring a wedding exposition or fair. This includes injuries sustained while on externally organised trips; accidents relating to the poor maintenance of stalls, displays and any other supporting structures; and trips, slips, and falls as a result of uneven or unsafe surfaces.

As with all public and commercial spaces, a wedding show must be made as safe as possible for those who choose to visit it. This means that the stability of stalls must be checked on a regular basis, and any overhanging displays must be kept secure and monitored for danger. If any of these duties are not fulfilled, it may constitute a legal breach of care, and you may be eligible for financial compensation.

What steps do I need to take next?

The stronger your case, the better the chance you will have of receiving a satisfactory outcome. If possible, take clear colour photographs of your injuries, and the wedding show at which they were sustained. You are much more likely to be compensated fully if you can provide clear evidence of neglect or failure on the part of the authority responsible for the safety and maintenance of the event.

If you think that you might be eligible to pursue a claim, or you would like to receive reliable and trustworthy wedding show injury advice from qualified experts, call our free, 24-hour helpline on 0800 689 0500. Our friendly advisors will record details of your accident and injuries, as well as assess any evidence that you may wish to use as support for your compensation case.
