    Trapeze accident advice

Here at Accident Advice Helpline we have been providing advice for people who have suffered accidents since the year 2000. Our experienced legal team has given advice to people who suffered personal injury through an accident in a host of circumstances. Therefore, if you require trapeze accident advice we are the people to contact.

How to make contact with us

Contacting Accident advice Helpline is made easy for you thanks to our 24-hour Helpline. You can also contact us by text and request a call back if you prefer.

It is in your best interests to call us for advice as soon after the accident as possible. This is because claims can usually only be made within three years of the incident.

    Why you should seek advice

If you have suffered personal injury following a trapeze accident you may well need expert legal advice. Depending on the circumstances of your accident you may be able to make a claim for compensation for pain and suffering, loss of wages through not being able to work while recovering and for other costs incurred because of your injuries. If our solicitors feel you have grounds for a claim they will be able to assist and represent you.

What will determine if I can make a claim?

To make a claim you should not have been responsible for the incident that led to you being injured. Trapeze by its very nature is hazardous, but even as a skilled artist this does not mean you should take unnecessary risks. However, if there is a fault with such things as equipment or safety that led to you being injured you may have grounds for a claim for compensation. If you find yourself in this position Accident Advice Helpline will be able to provide you with advice about making a claim.

What steps should people take following an accident?

Our advice to people who have suffered an injury following an accident is to see their doctor immediately. Of course, the victim will need treatment, but the doctor’s report will prove crucial if he is to make a claim.

If anyone contacts us and has not seen a doctor our advice is to see one without further delay.

We also advise that victims of accidents should get the names and contact details of anyone who saw the accident. This is important because the recollections of the witnesses, as well as the person who suffered the injury will help us determine if there are grounds for a claim as well as whom it should be made against.

If a claim is successful the compensation awarded will include an award for pain and suffering and financial losses, so we would advise you to record the amount of income lost while keeping receipts for any expenses such as prescription charges and the cost of treatment and therapy.

By contacting Accident Advice Helpline for trapeze accident advice you will learn the options open to you, including the possibility of making a claim.
