"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Do you suffer from knee injury pain?

Knee injury pain can cause all kinds of problems to your life. You may be unable to carry on working or have had to take a lot of time off which have cost you earnings. Many victims of knee injuries can no longer take part in the sports they enjoy or go on holidays with friends or family. If your injury was caused by an accident which wasn’t your fault, we would like to hear from you to discuss your legal rights. If we find that someone was negligent and caused your injuries, you could be entitled to compensation.

How much compensation could I receive?

To find out how much compensation you could be awarded you can try Accident Advice Helpline’s online claim calculator. After inputting your information the calculator can determine whether you have a claim to be made and how much it could be worth. The whole process is simple and only takes 30 seconds.

You can also find out about your right to make a claim by calling our helpline. Our trained advisors are experienced in all kinds of accidents and have dealt with many different kinds of knee injury. We can answer any questions you may have regarding the claim process and there is no obligation and no upfront fees when you call us.

What do I need to make a claim for my knee injury pain?

In order to qualify for compensation your accident must have resulted in your knee injury and it must have been seen by a medical professional. The accident must have happened within the last three years. If it is approaching this time or you are not sure if it has passed, call our team to speak to an advisor who can help see if there is enough time to claim.

If you have witnesses who saw what happened to cause you knee injury these can help you case, in addition to any video or photographic evidence. However, even if you do not have any evidence in terms of witnesses, video or photographs you could still be eligible and win your case regardless.
