"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Esther Rantzen

Road accident when you drive for a living

It’s a day like any other and you’re driving your cargo lorry as usual, en route to dropping off a shipment. The radio is on in the background, your iced latte from Costa resting in the cup holder on the dashboard, and your index finger lightly tapping the wheel to the smooth melodies coming from the speakers.

Then, suddenly, you hear a loud bang and the vehicle loses control. You wrestle with it for what feels like hours but in reality is probably a matter of seconds, and you manage to bring the lorry to a stop.

You gingerly step out, wiping the sweat from your brow, and see the problem – a blown tyre. As easy as that, through no fault of your own, you’re involved in a road accident.

    Claiming road accident compensation

The above situation is a hypothetical example of how a road accident can occur, and how easily one can sustain an injury while driving at work.

If your job involves driving and you are involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault and which caused you an injury, you are entitled to make a driver injury claim. Car crash compensation works like any other injury compensation – if you are involved in an accident at work that wasn’t your fault, you can make a claim.

Such claims can be made for error on the behalf of other road users, or faults with the vehicle that your employer should have checked – bald tyres, bad brakes, broken headlights, and so on. If you are injured in a road traffic accident for any reason, you may be entitled to compensation.

If you feel that you may deserve compensation because of your accident, call Accident Advice Helpline’s 24/7 helpline. The no-obligation call will inform you if your incident qualifies, and if so, you can choose Accident Advice Helpline to represent you to try to secure you the compensation you deserve.

If you’re wondering why you should trust Accident Advice Helpline, the answer is simple: they want what you want – justice. Accident Advice Helpline is a genuine law firm with 13 years experience, and the company works on four key principles: accountability, integrity, reliability and dependability.

So reputable is the company, in fact, that Esther Rantzen has put her own name and reputation on the line by being its public patron.

If anyone will get you the compensation you deserve, it’s Accident Advice Helpline.
