    Refuse collector accident claim

    In order to claim, you will need to take action within three years after your accident happens.  You will also need to have seen a doctor about your injuries. Normally this needs to be done straight away, but if you have suffered an infection as a result of an injury you didn’t realise was serious, such as a cut finger, the symptoms may not become apparent until later. If this happens, see your doctor as soon as you notice something is wrong and then give us a call. We’ll let you know if you can still make a claim.
