    What you need to do immediately after an accident


    When an accident occurs it can be a scary time. At this point it is only natural to panic and feel stressed. Ironically this stress can make the situation worse.

    Therefore it is a good idea to be prepared and know what you need to do immediately after an accident.

    If someone else has been injured then it is vital that they get treatment and this should be a priority after an injury.

    Ideally an organisation arranging travel or a workplace ought to have someone in the group who has first aid training.
