"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

How much money will I need to start my claim?

Sometimes it feels as if only rich people have access to justice. Legal actions seem to cost a great deal of money and you might worry that, as an ordinary person, there’s nothing you can do to defend your rights. Fortunately, although that may have been true in the past, it’s no longer the case now, at least when it comes to making an accident compensation claim. With Accident Advice Helpline, you don’t need to worry about money at all.

    No need to pay

At Accident Advice Helpline, we believe that nobody should have to pay for the associated costs of something that wasn’t their fault. That’s why we take on all our cases on a no win, no fee* basis. You won’t need to pay any money to take your case forward with us. In fact, we’ll give you initial advice completely free of obligation. This means that you can call us to ask if your claim is valid without any pressure to pursue a claim with us.

With the benefit of a highly trained team and a network of skilled solicitors, we win a high proportion of the cases we take – so many, in fact, that we don’t need to charge at all for the few we lose. When we win, we normally get our fee paid by the losing side. This means that you don’t need to worry about financial risks. If you win, you’ll be better off. If you lose, all you’ll have to deal with is disappointment.

You might worry that if you take up a service like ours, with no upfront charges, you’ll get a poorer standard of service than you could expect if you paid. We’re happy to be able to say that this isn’t the case, and you don’t need just to take our word for it. If you read the case reviews on our site, you’ll see some examples of cases we’ve successfully pursued. We also have the support of consumer rights champion Esther Rantzen, who is happy to recommend us.

When you pursue a claim with us, we’ll put you in touch with a solicitor who can take care of the paperwork and any complicated legal issues involved in your case. We’re careful to find the right solicitor for each individual case and our large network of experts means we can do this quickly and efficiently. This means that you’ll get high quality advice and support. Given our no win, no fee* arrangement, we’re keen to win as many cases as possible!

Although we do things differently from traditional legal organisations, we still have some traditional values. We’ll always respect your privacy and put your needs first. We aim to offer a high quality service which puts ordinary people on an equal footing with the big companies and city councils they may have to challenge. If you’ve already suffered the trauma of an accident, you should never have to deal with being out of pocket as well.  With Accident Advice Helpline, there’s no need to pay to get justice.
