Our 30-second test™ is effectively a claims calculator which confirms your eligibility to claim when you input a few basic details about the circumstances of when you had an accident. You are then offered an estimate of the compensation that you might receive.


How do I find an experienced personal injury lawyer to deal with my case?

I’ve had an accident, how do I claim compensation? My employer says he isnt insured?

Your employer is required by law to take out liability insurance to cover accidents in the workplace. He cannot dictate whether or not you make a claim – only by getting expert legal advice can that be established.

It is not possible to say with any certainty how long each case will take, as when you had an accident the circumstances that led to it were unique and this is the case with every claim.
