How to begin the claims process online

Being in an accident can leave the strongest of people feeling shaken and out of sorts. In that situation, you might not feel up to visiting a solicitor’s office, or even making a phone call. That’s why we’ve tried to put as much useful information as possible online. Browsing through this site will help you to understand how different kinds of compensation claims processing work and how this might relate to your own situation.

In addition to this, we’ve created several resources to help you begin the claims process online. You can do this whenever you are ready, at no cost and with no obligation to continue. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to get the compensation to which you’re entitled.

    The online claim calculator

Using our online claim calculator, it takes just 30 seconds to find out if you have a valid claim and how much your claim is likely to be worth. It’s easy to use and will help you to decide whether or not it’s worth taking a claim forward. You just need to fill in a few basic details about the circumstances of your accident and the type of injury you received.

    The online claim form

When you’re ready to make a formal claim, our online claim form is there for you to use. It asks for the same details as the online claim calculator but gives you space to go into detail about the nature of your injury. Once you submit it, this form will be read by one of our specially trained advisors, who will be able to assess the likely success of your claim and identify any complicating factors. The advisor will then contact you to discuss your case and see how you want to take things forward.

Our advisors are all experienced in working with accident victims and understand that you may have hesitations or concerns. They will never put any pressure on you and will simply give you the information you need to take control of your situation. They are available round the clock, seven days a week and you should always feel free to call them if you have any questions.

The advantages of claims processing online

After most types of accident you have three years in which to make a compensation claim. This might sound like a long time but the sooner you get the process started, the better. Waiting means that you may forget important details about your accident. A witness who saw the accident happen will also be likely to remember more clearly closer to the time. This testimony could be vital to the success of your claim.

As you recover from your accident it will be important for you to get closure. You will want to put it behind you and get on with the rest of your life. Claiming online makes it easy to start the process early and get it out of the way as quickly as possible. Our specially trained staff understand this and will do their best to get things moving quickly for you, making the whole process as easy as possible.
