I have suffered head injury warning signs, can I claim?
In order to make a claim for compensation your accident must have happened in the last three years. Your injuries must have been a direct result of the accident and we must find that there was negligence to blame. If you are unsure who is to blame for your accident but you are sure that you are not responsible, we can help determine where the fault lies. You must also have seen a doctor or other medical professional about your injuries for us to be able to take on your case.
If you have photographs of your injuries or to show how the accident happened these can help your case, in addition to any witnesses who are available to confirm what happened on the day.
