If you are a GP who suffered an injury at work or a patient who was injured at your local surgery, you may be eligible to make a GP accident claim. Either way, you need to make sure that you have the right support if you need to make a claim, and that can be found if you call Accident Advice Helpline. Sometimes, no matter where you are, health and safety is overlooked and this can lead to all kinds of problems. We understand the type of measures that should have been taken and how they can be missed from time to time.

    Who are Accident Advice Helpline?

We are a law firm established almost 15 years ago. Since then, we have worked only in the field of personal injury claims. Staffed by professional advisors and personal injury solicitors, we are well placed to answer any questions you have about the claims process and will be able to tell in just a few minutes if your case qualifies you to make a claim.

We were founded in 2000, shortly after the government removed the option of legal aid in this type of case. People suddenly found that they could only take legal action if they already had plenty of money in the bank. It is not cheap to take legal action, but these days it does not have to mean a hefty bill in advance thanks to Accident Advice Helpline. We use a no win no fee* system which allows you to start your legal action as soon as you are ready, instead of waiting until you can handle a large bill.

What should I do if I have been injured?

You should call Accident Advice Helpline to discuss your GP accident claim. Even if you feel that your injury is only minor, you should still give us a call; a small injury can have an impact on day to day living too. Spend a few minutes talking to a member of our team and we will take all the details of your injury. If you can support your claim with medical evidence, photos or witness statements, it may make the whole process much easier.

The call will not cost you anything. Accident Advice Helpline provide a free 24-hour helpline so that you can call us at any time: just dial 0800 689 0500. Speaking to a member of our team can help to reassure you that there is something that can be done to start to put things right. You may have been out of work for a while as you recover from your injuries and you could be struggling to pay your bills. This is not fair if the accident was not your fault and we do not believe that you should be left out of pocket. This is why you should make a claim and remove some of the stress that you have suffered.
