    Garage accident advice

If you need reliable garage accident advice, the highly trained staff at Accident Advice Helpline are just a phone call away. You can tell us about what happened to you in absolute confidence, and we will be able to advise you as to whether or not you have the legal right to claim compensation. In some cases we will also be able to estimate how much compensation you might be entitled to.

    First steps

Our team of personal injury solicitors can supply garage accident advice covering a wide range of accident types both to members of the public and to garage employees who have been injured while at work. It is imperative that you make your claim for compensation within the legal time limit – which is usually three years – and that you see a doctor about your injuries; it is best to do this as soon after the accident as possible.

You may be able to strengthen your case by taking photographs of your injuries and, if possible, the site where the accident occurred. It will also be helpful if you can collect the contact details of anyone who witnessed what happened. Don’t try to take statements yourself as this has to be done in a very particular way and you should let your solicitor take care of it.

    Finding a solicitor

If you go looking for a solicitor locally you may struggle to find one with expertise that is relevant to your type of case. You may also find yourself having to wait in long queues and being asked to pay a lot of money up front. To avoid these problems, simply contact Accident Advice Helpline and let us handle the case for you.

We have a nationwide team of personal injury specialists who have years of experience in getting our clients they compensation they deserve. Because we work on a no win, no fee basis, you can access our services even if your finances are tight.

    Open Claim Calculator

If you are claiming as a member of the public, we will put you in touch with one of our solicitors who is familiar with cases involving your specific type of injury. If you are claiming as a garage employee, we will refer you to one of our specialist industrial accident solicitors. Either way, we will do everything possible to ensure that you will have the best possible chance of winning your claim.

    How it works

Claiming compensation is really a very straightforward process – at least the way we handle it. We find that most of our seriously injured clients want to spend their time at home concentrating on their recovery, so we arrange to have your solicitor keep in touch with you by phone and email whenever possible. Any important documents that you need to sign can usually be delivered to you by courier.

In some cases we can even avoid the need to go to court by reaching a fair out of court settlement with the other side, though we will never agree to any settlement offer unless you are satisfied with it. This keeps stress to a minimum and means you can get on with your recovery while we handle the legal details for you.
