"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Free-jumping accident claim

Have you suffered a serious injury at a free-jumping event that was not your fault? If so, you may be entitled to compensation. Call the personal injury specialists at Accident Advice Helpline to find out how you can make a free-jumping accident claim.

None of us knows when we are going to have an accident. Most of us don’t even think about how our families would cope financially if we had a serious accident. Making a personal injury claim may well be the last thing we expect to have to do. However, all that could change in an instant if you have been hurt in a free-jumping accident. If that has happened to you, you are probably feeling bewildered and confused by financial issues while trying to recover from your injury. Making a personal injury claim may feel extremely daunting.

    We can help

The good news is that Accident Advice Helpline can help you. We have been working since 2000 to help people like you to get the compensation they deserve. We have a large team of expert solicitors who specialise in all injury types and are experienced in settling personal injury claims quickly and with a minimum of fuss. They all work exclusively on a no win no fee* basis so you do not have to worry about adding to your financial problems.

    Help us to help you

When you call Accident Advice Helpline, the first stage of the process is to talk to one of our helpful advisors. It is useful if you have as many details about the accident as possible. It also helps if you have the names and contact details of anyone who witnessed your free-jumping accident, as well as whom to contact to get the medical records of your injury.

Once the advisors have confirmed that you are eligible for compensation, your details will be passed to one of our solicitors who will handle your case. They will need to know how the free-jumping accident has affected you financially so keep records and receipts of any expenses you incur. Don’t forget to update your solicitor if any new expenses arise during the claims process. Your solicitor may be able to claim them back as part of your compensation package.

Contacting us is easy. Our free helpline is available 24-hours a day and can be called on 0800 180 4123 or on 0333 500 0992 from your mobile. Alternatively, you can text “claim365” to 88010 to get a call back from one of our advisors. You must start the claims process within three years of your free-jumping accident to be eligible for compensation.

Whether your free-jumping injury was caused by a kick from a poorly handled horse or during the setting up of jumps, if the accident was caused by the negligence of others, you are entitled to compensation.
