"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Am I entitled to compensation?

If you’ve been injured in an accident and somebody else was to blame, you could find you’re entitled to compensation. It doesn’t matter so much what type of accident you were in – a road traffic accident, a workplace accident or a slip, trip or fall, for example – as it does the type of injuries you sustained and who was at fault. If you’re wondering “Am I entitled to compensation?” then we’re here to help.

    Am I entitled to compensation?

Yes, if somebody else caused an accident in which you were injured and you make a claim within the usual three-year period.

What other factors could influence your entitlement to compensation?

Rather than sitting around wondering “Am I entitled to compensation?” there are a few factors you should be aware of. If you can say yes to the following then you could find yourself in line to make a personal injury claim:

    • Did your accident happen in the last three years?
    • Was somebody else to blame?
    • Did you seek medical attention for your injuries?

It doesn’t matter if you were injured in an accident at work, in a public place or some other type of accident – if somebody else was at fault then you could be entitled to claim compensation with Accident Advice Helpline. Our lawyers operate on a 100% no-win, no-fee basis which means there are no upfront legal fees to worry about – so anybody can afford to make a claim.

    What happens after your accident?

The best thing to do after your accident is to get in touch with a personal injury lawyer for advice. Accident Advice Helpline has been helping people claim since 2000 and we have a great track record of success. There’s no obligation to proceed with a claim when you call us either. Most claims can be processed over the phone, so there’s unlikely to be any need to go to court. Personal injury claims can take anywhere from a few months to several years to be settled, depending on the severity of your injuries and the response from the other side. That’s why it’s best to contact us as soon as possible as there is usually a three-year time limit in place to make a claim.
