    Specialist help

We recognise that some people prefer to go to their local solicitors for help. We will always try to put you in touch with somebody local if you ask us to, but first and foremost we will find you somebody with the right expertise. Some sorts of accident claim are quite complicated and having a specialist solicitor can make all the difference when it comes to winning your case.

We have a wide network of legal contacts that includes specialists in traffic accidents, workplace accidents, sports injuries, medical negligence claims and more. If you’re not sure what type of specialist you need, our helpline operators can go through the details of your case with you to help you work it out. The people you are challenging when you make your claim will have expert help, so it’s also important that you do.

    The right advice

When you speak to our staff they’ll be able to advise you on the steps you can take by yourself to improve your chances of a successful claim. Your specialist solicitor will then take over and handle the complex aspects of the case on your behalf. We’re so confident that you’ll win your case that we won’t get paid unless you do, at which point legal fees will normally be reclaimed from the other side, so you can relax, let us do the work, and enjoy all the money to which you’re entitled.
