What experience can Accident Advice Helpline offer me?

From the moment you get in touch with Accident Advice Helpline, you’ll know you’re in safe hands. With an experienced solicitor on our board, we’ve put the focus on good legal work from the outset. Every member of our dedicated team is specially trained to provide the assistance you need.

Accident Advice Helpline deals with accident claims on a full time basis and has done so for thirteen years. During that time it has helped people from all across the UK to deal with a variety of complex issues. It has a network of highly skilled solicitors available to help anyone who has suffered an accident that isn’t wholly or mostly their fault.

Alongside our expert team, we have the support of television presenter Esther Rantzen, who has campaigned for consumer rights for decades.

    Contacting us

There are two main ways to contact Accident Advice Helpline. Firstly, there’s our online accident claim form.  Filling this out is easy to do and we will process it as soon as it’s complete. Secondly, there’s our helpline. You can call this at any time of the day or night. Both claim forms and phone enquiries are handled by skilled staff who can quickly determine if a claim is valid. This means that you’ll get a prompt response, clarifying the most important issues. In most cases you’ll also find out roughly how much compensation you can expect.

Receiving this advice from our staff is free and doesn’t place you under any obligation to pursue a claim with us. We won’t pressure you and you can take time to think about it if you want, although you should be aware that in most cases, the law states that claims need to be brought within three years.

If you do decide to pursue a claim with us, there will be no upfront charges for you to pay. We work on a no win, no fee* basis, which means that unless we win your case we don’t get paid. If we do win, the losing side will normally be responsible for paying our fees, so you will receive the full amount of compensation awarded to you.

    How it works

Operating on a national basis, we have the advantage of access to some of the best specialist solicitors in the UK, and we can match them up with clients so that just the right person is handling each case. This means you won’t have to make do with a general solicitor trying to learn new skills as they go. Your case will be handled by an expert in the particular area of law you need. This can significantly increase your chance of success.

When you’re matched up with a solicitor, they’ll take care of any complex legal issues involved in your case. You can decide how much you want them to tell you, so if you want to gain some distance from your accident there’s no need for you to think about your claim all the time. With Accident Advice Helpline, you know that your case will get expert attention.
