    There are two main ways to contact Accident Advice Helpline. Firstly, there’s our online accident claim form.  Filling this out is easy to do and we will process it as soon as it’s complete. Secondly, there’s our helpline. You can call this at any time of the day or night. Both claim forms and phone enquiries are handled by skilled staff who can quickly determine if a claim is valid. This means that you’ll get a prompt response, clarifying the most important issues. In most cases you’ll also find out roughly how much compensation you can expect.

    Receiving this advice from our staff is free and doesn’t place you under any obligation to pursue a claim with us. We won’t pressure you and you can take time to think about it if you want, although you should be aware that in most cases, the law states that claims need to be brought within three years.

    If you do decide to pursue a claim with us, there will be no upfront charges for you to pay. We work on a no win, no fee* basis, which means that unless we win your case we don’t get paid. If we do win, the losing side will normally be responsible for paying our fees, so you will receive the full amount of compensation awarded to you.
