Accident Advice Helpline is there for anyone looking to make a docklands accident claim. Accidents and injuries can occur anywhere, but if you have been hurt because of an accident that was not your fault, you may be able to file a claim. Simply call our free, 24-hour helpline and speak to one of our advisers to see if we can help you get justice for your injury. It cannot hurt to make the call and it could be the best thing you do all day!
What accidents are covered?
Every claim is dealt with on an individual basis, so it is hard to say what incidents will enable your eligibility to make a claim. However, if your injury was caused by no fault of your own, then you could be in a position to make a claim. Minor injuries are considered, along with accidents that are more serious. If you are unsure, dial our number and talk to one of our advisors – we are happy to help. Therefore, whether you sustained a sprain from a trip and fall, or whether you suffered head injuries from something falling onto you – if someone else is to blame, you may be able to claim.
Why Accident Advice Helpline?
After your initial chat with one of our personal injury experts, there is no obligation to pursue a claim. Claiming for your injuries
It would be helpful to us if you had a statement of events including dates and times. If you have any witnesses contact details, these would also be very useful. Photos of the injury and the hazard that caused the injury would also be useful. All you need to do is call us and we will take all the information we require and advise you on your next step. If you decide not to go ahead, that is completely fine – but if you decide to make a claim, we are here for you every step of the way. Call Accident Advice Helpline today on 0800 689 0500 – you have nothing to lose.
