"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Coroner accident claim

Making a coroner accident claim is not something that is easy to do without the right level of help and support. At Accident Advice Helpline we pride ourselves on being able to offer legal expertise and approachability so that you feel as though you are in safe hands throughout the process of your claim. We know that the words ‘legal action’ conjure up images of courtrooms and long-drawn out processes, but the reality is very different and we want to reassure you that if you need to take legal action, we will be handling it on your behalf. You will not have to deal with the other party at any point during the process, making it much less stressful for you.

Why should I make a claim?

Making a claim is something that is important if you have been left out of pocket as a result of your accident. Sometimes a person needs to be off work for a while if they have been injured badly and this could result in less money coming into the house. Sometimes this may not be a problem at first but it can become one if there is not enough to cover the household bills. Financial compensation could be the answer that you need and for this reason Accident Advice Helpline recommends that you start your claim sooner rather than later as this could mean that it is resolved sooner.

You should also consider making a claim in order to help others. By making those responsible aware of their health and safety shortcomings you are helping to make that particular place safer for other people. As a coroner you may find that you are in courtrooms, your own offices or in police stations, among many other places that you have to visit during the course of your work. You cannot be sure that the highest standards of health and safety are being met everywhere you go and if they are not then people can get hurt.

How do I make a claim?

If you call the free, 24hour helpline at Accident Advice Helpline then all you have to do is give the details of your accident to a member of our team. Then once you have all the information that you need you can leave it in our hands. We may need additional information such as medical evidence or contact details of witnesses to your accident, but from that point onwards it is all down to us and you can relax knowing that experts are handling your claim.

We hope that the outcome of your coroner accident claim will be that you get the financial compensation that you need to cover loss of earnings and other expenses that you have incurred as a result of your accident. Being injured can be a costly business when you take into account things like travel to hospital appointments, prescriptions and even additional therapies like counselling. Being left out of pocket is unfair and Accident Advice Helpline wants to help you to put this right – call 0800 689 0500 today for more information.
