"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

What are the chances of injury claims going to court?

In order to get injury claims going to court your accident must meet the specific criteria in order to qualify for compensation. Accident Advice Helpline can give you no-obligation, free initial advice about your options. Compensation may help with lost earnings, cancelled holidays, medical and any other unpaid bills. You can also be awarded compensation for the emotional distress you have been caused.

Do I qualify to make a claim?

To be eligible to make a claim for compensation we will need confirmation that:

    • The accident which caused your injury happened in the last three years
    • The injury was a direct result of the accident and it was not your fault
    • The injury was looked at by a medical professional

We will need to find that someone else was negligent and caused your accident. If you are unsure who is to blame or even if anyone else is responsible at all, contact our team of experts as we may be able to determine who or what caused your accident.

If you have witnesses or any photographic evidence this can be used to help your case but if you do not have these things it is still possible that you can make a claim.

Will injury claims going to court guarantee a settlement?

We help many victims who qualify for compensation get large compensation awards at court, however some cases may not be successful so we will never guarantee that you will be awarded compensation. We do offer a no-win, no-fee* service however, which means that should your case be unsuccessful, you won’t be left paying an expensive solicitor’s bill.
