One of the main decisions you will need to make is whether the company you deal with has a proven record of great results. To help with this, the professionals at Accident Advice Helpline have provided details of some of the standout successful injury claims that have been made over the past few years:

    Tina:

    Whilst she was waiting at a zebra crossing for some pedestrians to make their way across the road, Tina’s car was hit from behind by a driver who had not been paying attention. As a result of the impact, Tina went on to suffer issues such as whiplash, back pain and vertigo in the months following. Her husband suggested making a claim, due to the fact that the couple were paying out quite a lot of money for physiotherapy. Solicitors from the Accident Advice Helpline argued the claim and Tina was awarded £3800 in compensation; she describes AAH’s service as “really brilliant”.

    Rebecca:

    Rebecca’s car accident came at the worst possible time – as she was pregnant. Having sustained both whiplash and painful back injuries, she carried out the 30-second test on the AAH website to see if she could make a claim. Rebecca was awarded £5000 in compensation and says that she would “recommend AAH to anybody”. She also noted how nice it had been for someone to be so sympathetic to her, given the shock of the incident.

    Martin:

    Another victim of a road traffic accident, Martin was advised to talk to AAH by his family, following the pain he had been experiencing as a result of the collision. Like Rebecca, he completed the 30-second test to see if he was eligible to make a claim. He was awarded £5500 in compensation, highlighting the value of the “absolutely free” advice and observing the fact that he “did not spend a single penny”.

    Ann suffered a severe accident at work when a heavy fridge door broke her nose. Having seen one of the AAH adverts on television, she contacted them immediately, finding them to be “professional, helpful and sympathetic”. At the end of the process she received £6500 in compensation and commented that she felt AAH “had done everything that they possibly could to help her”.

    As a keen cyclist, Richard was pedalling towards a T-junction on Brentford High Street, when a callous van driver decided to ignore the law and accelerate. Richard was sent over the top of the van, hitting the road on the far side. As a result of the accident, he sustained numerous injuries to his legs and arms, as well as multiple cuts and bruises.
