"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Where there is blame, is there always a claim?

Having an accident can severely affect your life, your livelihood and your health. It is important to receive an appropriate remedy if you have ever been involved in an accident at work, a road traffic accident, or an accident on holiday, where someone else is to blame. However, it is a common misconception, that where there is blame there is always a claim for compensation to be pursued. This is not necessarily the case and here, Accident Advice Helpline delves into some of the reasons why it is not necessarily true to say, where there is blame there is always a claim.

    What are claim management companies?

Some people may use the services of a company who guarantee maximum pay-outs in all cases, even where there is not a case to be answered. Many claim management companies do not have any qualified personal injury lawyers and their services cannot always be guaranteed. Use the services of a registered personal injury law firm such as Accident Advice Helpline. Accident Advice Helpline, are a registered law firm with over 13 years’ experience in providing compensation and thus must act in accordance with the rules of the APIL.

Many of these claim companies will demand upfront payments and their advice cannot always be relied upon in the event of an accident.
