    There is a wide difference in performance between rackets with different tensions. There is less power exerted in higher tension rackets, which makes them a better option for more experienced players.     Have the right shoes

    Just as it’s important to have the right racket, it’s also vital that you wear the appropriate footwear. There are specific badminton shoes available that will absorb impacts and reduce the likelihood of injuries. Failing to do so could cause shin and knee injuries.

    Only play for a limited time

    Those people who play badminton over a number of hours are more likely to sustain an injury. You need to take a break and stop as soon as you feel the need to.
