    1. Talk to your boss: If you’re having difficulty with certain tasks or your workload is getting on top of you, talk to your boss. There may be a way of getting extra help with specific projects or it might be possible to extend the deadline. You’ll feel much better once you’ve aired your anxieties in the open, and your boss can help to relieve some of the pressure.
    1. Exercise: Exercise may be the last thing you want to do after a busy day at the office, but it has amazing stress-busting properties, and it can really help to lift your mood. If you’re feeling frustrated or angry, go to a boxing session or lift some weights at the gym. If you’re tired but you’re struggling to unwind, take a yoga class or go for a jog in the park.
    1. Manage your time: If time is your main cause for concern, learning to manage your diary more effectively can help to make life much easier. Keep your schedule with you at all times, and update it so you know what’s coming up. Learn to say no if you can’t take on more work, and don’t forget to factor in time to chill out and relax.
