"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

What do you need to prove to make a claim

Without making things more complex than they need to be, when you make a claim you are attempting to retrieve personal injury compensation for harm, injury or illness you have suffered through no fault of your own.

With that in mind, to make a claim you need to show that you are not liable for the accident or incident that caused your personal injury or illness. If you are completely liable, there is no case to claim and to make a claim in this vein would be treading on illegalities.

    Can I make a claim?

From slips, trips and falls to accidents abroad and road-related accidents, Accident Advice Helpline aims to assist individuals with genuine cases claim the personal injury compensation they are entitled to.

If you feel that you have suffered through an injury or an illness that was the fault of a third party, at Accident Advice Helpline we can help you discover if you have a claim worth pursuing.

What do I need to make a claim?

This will depend on the nature of the accident and injury/illness, for example, evidence for a slip or trip is different to that needed for a holiday claim. Typically, you will need evidence to prove that you are not liable for the incident and, as such, any connected harm and distress you have experienced.
