Most bizarre accidents on the bus

Accidents on the road can be caused by the strangest events, as the following bizarre accidents on the bus clearly demonstrate.

    August 2015, Pune, India

Four passengers were injured in a bus accident caused by the bus somewhat unexpectedly losing its rear axle in Pune, India, according to rushlane.com.

    September 2015, Goshen, Indiana, USA

Her fear of spiders caused a mother to leap out of her car while reversing. Her nine-year-old son leapt to the rescue, but unfortunately, hit the accelerator, not the brake, causing the car to crash into a school bus. As reported on wndu.com, luckily, the boy only suffered a minor head injury. No-one else was hurt.

    February 2016, San Francisco, USA

A multi-vehicle road traffic accident ended up with a pick-up truck being thrown on top of a car, with its rear end sticking through the window of a bus. According to sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com, miraculously, nobody was injured.

    November 2015, Xingtai, China

The most bizarre of all accidents on the bus, however, must be the incident involving seemingly ‘levitating’ vehicles. Apparently, onlookers watched in amazement as first a minibus and then two other close-by cars suddenly leapt into the air after a man stepped into the road with his hands raised. See more here.

    Not a Jedi trick

This strange traffic accident was not caused by the man practising his ‘Jedi’ skills, but by a cable becoming tangled in a passing street cleaner. As the cable pulled tight, it basically ‘tripped up’ and then lifted the vehicles into the air.

Thankfully, in spite of the mini-bus being flipped onto its side, nobody was injured.

    Accidents on the bus

While some of these accidents on the bus may make you want to smile, getting hurt on a bus is not funny. If you were injured in an accident on a bus, you could be entitled to passenger injury compensation.
