"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Claiming for an accident at a go-karting track

Operators and owners of go-karting tracks are legally required to prevent anyone being injured by an accident at a go-karting track. If failure to prevent such accidents caused you to be injured at a track, you could qualify for injury compensation.

    Accident at a go-karting track

You would, for example, be entitled to make a personal injury claim if your injury was caused by:

    • Slipping, tripping or falling on poorly-maintained, wet or cluttered walkways/paths
    • Faulty equipment
    • Inadequate safety equipment and/or procedures

If you believe you may have a claim following an accident at a go-karting track, you can:

    • Get helpful advice
    • Have all your questions concerning claiming for compensation answered and
    • Secure the assistance of an experienced Accident Advice Helpline in-house solicitor

    Not a claims management company

Using our services is highly recommended for several reasons. First, we are not a claims management company, but a law firm with a team of highly experienced in-house solicitors. This means your claim will be handled by us, as opposed to being passed on to someone else. This makes the process of claiming hassle-free, quick and efficient.

    No-win, no-fee

Secondly, we handle all claims under conditional fee agreements. More commonly known as no-win, no-fee claims, this means you do not have to worry about the financial implications of making a claim. Any legal fees and other expenses we incur during the process of dealing with your case will be covered by a percentage deducted from your compensation once your claim has been settled.

    Experience

Finally, we have well over 15 years’ worth of experience in dealing with claims for injuries caused by accidents on go-karting tracks. This enables us to conduct most claims over the phone and secures the maximum possible compensation for you fast. In many cases, it is even possible to negotiate settlements without going through lengthy court proceedings.

    No guarantees

We cannot, however, guarantee out-of-court settlements. This is due to the fact that situations and circumstances tend to vary a great deal between cases. These variations also make it impossible for us to predict exactly how much compensation you will be awarded or how long it will take to reach a conclusion.
