"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

Accident Advice Helpline – legal experts

If you’re thinking of making a compensation claim, you’ll need a team of legal experts on your side. While that might normally cost a lot of money, at Accident Advice Helpline we can offer you no win, no fee* support. What is more, our national reach means that we have a significant pool of legal talent and we can find you the right support without delays.

    Highly trained advisors

Our expertise stretches throughout our organisation. The advisors who speak to you when you first call us are highly trained and experienced in the way compensation cases work. They will usually be able to tell you straight away whether or not your case is legally valid. They can also use their knowledge of past cases to give you an estimate of how much compensation you are likely to be eligible for. All of this advice is completely free, even if you choose not to pursue a claim with us.

    Specialist solicitors

Accident Advice Helpline has a large team of specialist solicitors based across the UK. This means that we are able to match up our clients with specialists who are experienced in handling their particular kind of case. If, for instance, you have been in a traffic accident, you really need a specialist traffic accident solicitor in order to stand the best chance of winning your case. If you are taking on a local council or another motorist, they will have a specialist solicitor, and so, too, should you.

We consider relevant expertise to be more important than location when it comes to a solicitor, so we sometimes match up clients with solicitors who live some distance from them. The ability to communicate through phone and email means that this doesn’t usually present any problems. It enables us to offer a faster, more efficient service and ensure that you get good quality representation without having to queue.

    No win, no fee*

Because we use a no win, no fee* arrangement, we can ensure that you get access to the legal experts you need without needing to be rich. Using this arrangement, anybody with a legally valid case can claim. We’re so confident of our abilities that we won’t expect to be paid at all if we lose.

    Proof of the pudding

The best thing about all this is that you don’t just have to take our word for it. You can do the maths – it’s easy to see that if we didn’t win a large majority of our cases, we couldn’t afford to keep operating, and we’ve now been in business for over a decade. You can read the testimonials on our site from satisfied customers. You can also look at the figures. Each year we win over £30m in compensation for our clients. We think that’s proof of our legal expertise and we’d be happy to put that expertise at your disposal if you think that you could be entitled to compensation.
