"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Accident Advice Helpline customer service

Nowadays the public demands good customer service and that is why many companies have their own helpline. Whether you have a problem with goods or a service it is always comforting to know that there is someone at the end of a phone line who can provide assistance. We can help you when you have suffered physical or psychological injury and that is why we provide our own Accident Advice Helpline customer service.

Our aim is to help you to secure the compensation you are entitled to after suffering a personal injury. Our customer service helpline is your first port of call. Importantly, it is a free service.

If you have been involved in an accident, or suffered a personal injury, our 0800 helpline number can be called from a landline at no cost to you. If you are calling us from a mobile, our 0333 number can be called, however, charges will apply.

Sadly personal mishaps can happen to us at any time. That is why our customer service helpline is open 24/7, as we want to be able to assist you at any time of the day or night.

After suffering a personal injury or being involved in a situation which has caused you physical harm you need to receive advice, particularly about securing redress against the negligent or guilty party as quickly as possible, and the best way to get that advice is by contacting our customer service number.

Our aim is to provide you with a professional service and our customer service staff are both friendly and understanding, which is absolutely essential when the people who contact us are feeling stressed and anxious following an accident or injury.

Seeking advice and representation is absolutely crucial if you want to pursue a claim for compensation against the culpable or guilty party. In order to be able to make a claim you must not have been responsible for your own misfortune. It is likely that you will have to be able to prove this as the culpable party may not be willing to admit their responsibility. That is why seeking advice from our dedicated solicitors, who specialise in such cases, is so important. They will be able to guide you through the process and, if need be, arrange representation in court when you pursue your claim.

Contacting Accident Advice Helpline need not cost you a penny, but many people are unwilling to pursue their claim further because they fear being landed with a large legal bill. That is not the case with us.

Not only is it free to consult us, we will also represent you for no upfront fee. We are able to do that because we work on a no win, no fee** basis. This means that if you win your bid for compensation we claim our expenses from the other side. If you lose your claim, you still will not owe us anything.

Crucially, if you win compensation we will not take anything from it to cover our fees. You will receive 100% of your award. This typifies our commitment to customer service here at Accident Advice Helpline.
