"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Esther Rantzen

    100% no win, no fee*

The high cost of taking legal advice puts many off, which is unfortunate, because the very people who could benefit most are precisely the ones who find themselves denied access to these services. This is where we come in at Accident Advice Helpline, with our 100% no win, no fee* services.

Individuals who have been injured at work, been the victim of medical negligence, need to make a vehicle accident claim or have suffered personal injury, may have a strong case for a compensation claim. However, they will be at a serious disadvantage when fighting their case if they do not have a solicitor acting on their behalf. Even if the other side admits liability they may still offer far less than the injured party is entitled to. So is there a way round this problem?

The simple answer is yes; our team of professional solicitors, all of whom are well experienced in their particular fields, are able to represent our clients on a no win no fee basis. This means that anyone who comes to us believing they have a case for a claim will not have to pay us any fees, even if the claim is unsuccessful. What is more, if they do win they receive 100% of the compensation awarded and we do not charge a fee to take on the case.

By operating on a 100% no win, no fee* basis we take all the worry of finding affordable legal advice and representation off our client’s shoulders. After all, they will be under enough stress after the incident that that caused them injury or loss without having to worry about solicitor’s costs, which ensures their entitlement to redress is protected.

    Who is entitled to compensation?

    Open Claim Calculator

Anyone who has suffered injury or loss through no fault of his or her own may be entitled to compensation. However, to be able to make a claim another person or body will have had to be responsible. This, of course, can sometimes be difficult to prove, especially if the other party refuses to admit liability. Solicitors and specialists, such as us, are able to examine the evidence to help try and decide who was responsible and whether the client has a reasonable chance of being successful. Under the terms of our 100% no win, no fee* agreement you would not have to pay us for this initial investigation if you were to use our services.

Finding evidence to back your claim

If you have been the victim of an accident and wish to claim compensation you can help us help you build a case. This means gathering together any information that shows you were not responsible for your own misfortune and that another party was. You can begin collecting this evidence by obtaining the names and addresses of anyone who witnessed the incident; any footage from security and CCTV cameras and from the police officer investigating the incident. If the evidence indicates that you have a case for compensation we will represent you on a 100% no win, no fee* basis.

The 100% no win, no fee* arrangement removes the fear of having to find legal costs. It also means you to receive the representation you deserve for your compensation claim without having to worry about how much it will cost.
