"On the day of the accident I was in my local supermarket and was walking through the electrical aisle.
I was not aware at the time that there was a spillage of some type, and as I carried on walking my left foot slipped. I managed to stop my self from hitting the ground, but as I did, I felt a pull and twist in the left side of my lower back.
I felt the pain immediately. I had to go to the front of the store to report the incident, and so the supervisor could arrange to have the spillage cleaned up.
No warning signs, which could have prevented my accident, had been placed on display.
